Full Wall Panel Production Line
Our Wall Panel production line maximizes output while optimizing floor space and capital investment. It can be configured for light frame wood and steel construction comprised of Exterior/Interior Walls, Pony Walls, Tall & Rake Walls and Floor Cassettes. Tall Walls and Floor Cassettes can be turned 90 degrees to benefit from the automation on the line as well.

Optimized Flow in a Condensed Footprint
The WarpDrive Multi Panel Staging System (1) utilizes smart conveyors to manage the positioning of panels along the entire length of the line. This allows operators to focus on value added tasks around assembly instead of manually moving panels.
Rough Openings and studs are sequenced to flow into position for the framing station. Teleporter 3 Nail Head Auto Dollies (1) clamp and fasten top and bottom plates to studs allowing operators to follow in behind to place and tack sheathing at the same station.
With up to eight - 6" wide Continuum Dual Coil Articulating Nail Heads (1), the sheathing station is designed to not only drive nails, screws or staples quickly but to also eliminate lost productive time between panels. Conveyors position upstream panels directly behind the panel currently being sheathed, utilizing any empty space on the Datum Squaring Table. When one panel is ejected from the Sheathing Station the next one simultaneously moves into position and is squared automatically.
BENEFITS OF AUTOMATION
-
Integration with the Datum Squaring Tables with the WarpDrive Multi Panel Staging System and Atlas Two Stage Squaring for maximum throughput.
-
Continuum Dual Coil Articulating Nail Heads with Multi Tooling Support. 6" narrow profile allows room to add additional tooling on a single head.
-
Continuum Centering Tilt Mechanism for fastening vertical seams without an X-axis move and auto tilt for horizontal seams.
-
Continuum Nail Head Dual Lasers precisely measure the surface of the panel for consistent nail embedment.
-
FlowState Optimizing enables all heads to share work equally while taking advantage of their 6" narrow profile - no heads are dedicated to top and bottom plates.
-
Multiple heads can fit above or below openings. Panels are fastened in one direction, allowing a speedy return while the current panel is ejected and the next panel is positioned and squared. Alternatively, other value added tasks can be performed while returning to the home position.
-
Programmable Park and Reload locations (separate from the Home position).
-
Cloud based software for Error Reporting, Production Statistics, Preventative Maintenance and Remote Monitoring and Diagnosis.
-
Special nailing zones on panels specified by Designers or Production Management.
-
1-8 Nailing Heads with options to add additional heads or piggyback more tooling at a later date.
-
Tooling for industrial screw systems, routers, saws, glue heads, lasers available.
-
Compatible with the AMT Multiverse Panel Flipping and Material Handling Station.
-
Standard work area 14' width ×20' length x 18" depth; custom sizes are available up to 30' wide, 48' long, and 24" deep. 14' width allows 1' overhang on both the top and bottom of a 12' panel for attaching to adjacent rim board on site.
-
Heavy duty construction with powder coated finish.
-
Back side of bridge is available for additional functionality.
-
3 year warranty
