Sheathing Bridge
Our lower cost but still fully automated sheathing bridge allows for up to 4 Single Coil Articulating Nail Heads on the same side of the bridge allowing the fastening workload to be divided equally. The result is a bridge that can produce panels faster than other brands with 6 head bridges. Screw gun, stapler, saw, and router tooling can be added with additional heads or piggybacked to existing heads on either side of this bridge designed for wood or light frame steel construction.

Nearly the Same Nailing Speed with a Lower Upfront Cost
Centering tilt mechanisms eliminate x-axis bridge movement on seams while dual lasers continually adjust for variations in panel thickness to provide consistent nail embedment. Tall Walls, Rake Walls and Floor Cassettes can be sheathed when turned 90 degrees allowing the Sheathing Bridge to auto fasten those products as well. The ForwardLeap Sheathing Bridge combined with an Datum Squaring Table equipped with Atlas Two Stage Squaring and WarpDrive Multi Panel Staging significantly increases the speed of your sheathing station. Eliminate the sheathing bottleneck and speed up your whole production line while freeing up your operators for more value added tasks. To minimize nail reload interruptions, fit more nail heads into spaces above and below rough openings, or add up to 8 Nail Heads consider upgrading to the industry leading AMT HyperLeap Sheathing Bridge with 6" wide Continuum Dual Coil Nail Heads.
