GEN3 Sheathing Bridge

Our Gen3 Sheathing Bridge allows for up to 8 Heads on a single rail, providing maximum flexibility for dividing up the nailing load among all guns. Screw gun and gluing heads can be added individually or piggyback on existing heads to maximize the versatility of the bridge.

The Fastest and most Versatile Sheathing Bridge available.

Centering tilt mechanisms reduce x-axis bridge movement, speeding production, while sensors continually adjust for variations in panel thickness to provide consistent nail embedment.

 

Dual Coil Vertical Nail Heads allow heads to move within 6” of each other resulting in more opportunities to share the nailing load above and below rough openings. Reserve nail coils allow heads to be reloaded at the same time drastically reducing down time.

The narrow profile of the heads allows other tools to be "piggybacked" on the same heads, increasing versatility and reducing cost.

Oversized Tall Walls, Rake Walls, and Floor Cassettes can be turned 90 degrees for nailing, screwing, or gluing.
