HyperLeap Sheathing Bridge

Our 3rd generation sheathing bridge allows from 1 to 8 - 6" narrow Nail Heads on a single rail to provide maximum flexibility for dividing up the nailing workload.  Screw guns, gluing heads, routers, and etching lasers can be added individually or piggybacked to existing heads on either side of the bridge to maximize the versatility of this bridge designed for wood or light frame steel construction.

The Fastest and most Versatile Sheathing Bridge available.

Dual Coil Articulating Nail Heads switch between 2 nail coils without breaking stride, allowing for simultaneous reloading of coils on multiple heads to increase uptime.

A centering tilt mechanism eliminates x-axis bridge movement on seams while sensors continually adjust to variations in panel thickness for consistent nail embedment.

Oversized Tall Walls, Rake Walls and Floor Cassettes can be turned 90 degrees allowing the Sheathing Bridge to auto fasten those products as well.

The HyperLeap Sheathing Bridge combined with an AMT Squaring Table equipped with Auto Squaring and Multi Panel Staging significantly increases the speed of your sheathing station.
